Dynamic Leadership’s Strategic Planning facilitation is based on a process to take an organization from its present state to its envisioned future state. Key elements of this process include:
- Pre-strategic planning gathering of information via interviews and questionnaires
- Analysis and organzation of information
- Facilitation of group process to define overall 3-year goals, key strategic initiatives & champions, and 90-day objectives
- Facilitated review and reload at (approximate) 90-day intervals
