About Dynamic Leadership Ltd.
Dynamic Leadership Ltd. was founded by Arvind Paranjpe in 1992, to offer strategic planning facilitation and consultation to small to medium-sized privately owned companies. Since its founding, Dynamic Leadership Ltd. has provided strategic planning support to over 60 organizations.
Arvind brings over 30 years of experience with businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-division, international Fortune 100 companies.
Since 1996, Arvind also chairs Pittsburgh-area groups of CEO’s and key executives for Vistage International, founded in 1957 and dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the personal lives of senior executives.
Arvind’s professional life includes:
- serving as CEO – North America for Triplex-Lloyd plc, a publicly traded U.K. diversified industrial products company
- serving as President – North America of Denison Hydraulics
- holding progressively responsible positions in Abex Corporation including Corporate Industrial Engineering, VP Administration/Planning/International with Railroad Products Group, and Corporate VP International
Arvind holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Bombay), and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
The other principal of Dynamic Leadership Ltd. is Betsy Aiken, Vice-President of Marketing. Betsy’s experience includes:
- working as Chief Administrator for the Municipality of Murrysville, a home-rule municipality with a population of about 19,000
- serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance and the Manager of Management Information Systems for Hamill Manufacturing Company, which specializes in precision machining and fabrication of complex components for a variety of industries.
Betsy holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently an active volunteer in a number of community organizations in Murrysville, PA.
